Warranty

Every piece is sold with the statutory guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law: as these are second-hand goods, its term is agreed with the buyer, is never less than one year, and is stated on the invoice. Where the piece still carries the manufacturer’s warranty, it travels with it too. And authenticity is guaranteed without expiry: if at any point a piece sold by BAG À LUX were shown not to be genuine, we refund in full what you paid. The full terms are in the returns policy.
