What these terms are
They govern the relationship between Bagalux Marbella S.L. (trading as BAG À LUX), tax ID B56952047, registered at Avenida de la Marina, Local 7A, 11310 Puerto de Sotogrande, Cádiz (Spain). Email: info@bagaluxboutique.com. Phone: +34 659 565 011. and anyone browsing this site or buying through it. By placing an order, you accept them.
The pieces
Every piece is unique and is either pre-owned or full set. The photographs always show the exact piece for sale, never catalogue imagery, and the listing sets out material, colour, dimensions, hardware, year, reference, condition and what is included.
Every piece is authenticated before it goes on sale.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Where it applies, the sale falls under the special scheme for second-hand goods, in which case the invoice does not itemise VAT, as the rules require.
Some pieces are listed without a published price. For those the amount is given on request, and it never means the piece is free.
Availability
Because the pieces are unique and are also sold in the physical shop, a piece may sell in the boutique while it still shows as available online. For that reason the website is not an automatically binding offer: the sale is concluded when we confirm availability in writing and receive payment. If we cannot supply a piece, we refund everything you have paid.
Payment
Accepted means of payment and their conditions are agreed when the transaction is confirmed. For your own safety, we will never ask for your full card details by email, on WhatsApp or over the phone. If you receive such a request in our name, do not act on it and let us know.
SPÀ, authentication and consignment
These services are carried out against a quotation given and accepted beforehand. For consignment, the specific terms — asking price, period and commission — are set out in writing in the consignment agreement signed with each customer.
We are independent of the brands
BAG À LUX is not associated or affiliated with any of the houses whose pieces it resells.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you made it. They are governed by Spanish law.
