Where we ship
We ship worldwide. You can also collect the piece at our boutique in Puerto de Sotogrande, or arrange to have it hand-delivered.
How the piece travels
Every piece is sent by specialist courier, insured for its full value and tracked. The packaging includes the original box, dust bag and papers whenever the piece comes with them.
Given what we are sending, we never despatch without agreeing it with you first: there is always a conversation about the courier, the date and who will be there to receive it.
Timings
We prepare the piece within one or two working days of payment being confirmed. Transit time depends on the destination, and we confirm yours in writing before despatch, together with the tracking number. We do not quote generic delivery windows: we give you yours.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Spain is on us: insured for the full value of the piece, at no cost to you.
For all other destinations, costs depend on the country, the insured value and the service chosen, and we tell you what they are before the purchase is closed. No charge ever appears that you have not seen beforehand.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Within the European Union there are no customs formalities and no additional charges.
Outside the European Union, the shipment clears customs on arrival. Any duties, import VAT and local charges are payable by the buyer on receipt. We will tell you what to expect in your country, but those amounts are set by customs and are not charged by us.
We always declare the true value of the piece. We will not under-declare it or mark it as a gift: besides being illegal, it would void the insurance at precisely the moment you need it.
On delivery
Check the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery docket and tell us the same day: with that, the insurance responds without argument.
