We do not accept returns

Every piece is unique, and it is sold only after you have been able to examine it in as much detail as you wish: we send you as many photographs as you need, we tell you its real condition, and we are there on WhatsApp, on the phone or at the boutique before anything is agreed. With all of that in front of you, the purchase is firm: we do not accept returns for a change of mind, nor exchanges for another piece.

The only exception is a manufacturing defect. If that is the case, we answer for it: read on.

That said, these are luxury pieces and every transaction is different: we talk to every customer and we look at your case. Write to us and we will find a way through, usually an exchange for another piece or a credit towards one.

If the piece has a manufacturing defect

Tell us as soon as you notice it, writing to info@bagaluxboutique.com with photographs showing it. We examine the piece — in our own SPÀ workshop or, if need be, with the brand’s official service — and, depending on what we find, we repair it, replace it with an equivalent one, or refund you.

This is what the statutory guarantee of conformity covers, which is set out below.

Authenticity guarantee

Every piece is authenticated before it goes on sale. Our authenticity guarantee does not expire: if at any point a piece sold by BAG À LUX were shown not to be genuine, we refund in full what you paid for it.

Statutory guarantee of conformity

Pieces are sold with the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish consumer law. As these are second-hand goods, that period is agreed with the buyer and is never less than one year; the term that applies to your piece is stated on your invoice.

The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear from use, damage caused by misuse, or work carried out by third parties outside our SPÀ service.
