What we do
BAG À LUX is a boutique that buys and sells pre-owned and full-set luxury bags and watches, with a physical shop in Puerto de Sotogrande. Alongside sales, we authenticate pieces, clean and restore bags through our SPÀ service, and buy or take pieces on consignment.
We are independent of the brands
BAG À LUX is not associated or affiliated with any of the houses whose pieces it resells. The trade marks, logos and model names shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the particular second-hand piece being offered, which was acquired on the open market.
Intellectual property
The text, the photographs of the pieces and the design of this site belong to BAG À LUX, except for clearly identified third-party material. You may read and share them; reproducing them for commercial purposes requires our written permission.
Liability
We take care that the details of every piece — material, dimensions, hardware, year, reference and condition — are accurate, and the photographs always show the exact piece for sale. Even so, we cannot guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of error. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
This site may link to third-party pages whose content is outside our control and our responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In any dispute, a consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence, without prejudice to their right to file a complaint through the consumer protection authorities.
