Cleaning, leather conditioning, colour restoration, dyes, hardware care and handle repair. Every step is done by hand.
It depends on the piece and the treatment it needs, which is why the valuation comes first. Nothing starts until you have seen the estimated price and given your approval.
It is agreed at the valuation, depending on the work involved: a clean is not the same as restoring the colour of a piece. We give you the timeframe before starting and return it within it.
No. You can send it to us or bring it to the Puerto de Sotogrande boutique by appointment, whichever suits you.
Yes. The rule is to preserve the character of the piece and its original materials: whatever can be recovered is recovered rather than replaced. If something cannot be fixed, we tell you at the valuation instead of you finding out at the end.
