BAG À LUX is an independent boutique, with no ties to Chanel. The bags on this page are not in the boutique window: they are sourced to order, with the same inspection —by hand and with Entrupy— and the same guarantee as any piece of the house, and the price is confirmed before anything is committed. We work from Puerto de Sotogrande and hand-deliver in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol.

The Classic Flap was born in 1955 as the 2.55 and has carried the interlocking double-C clasp since 1983. It is chosen mostly for its size and its leather: the Medium is the classic size and the Jumbo, larger, has more presence; caviar, a grained calfskin, stands up to wear and scratches better than lambskin, which is softer and also more delicate. Each record gives the real dimensions, leather, colour, hardware and year.
