Final Sale Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, subject to the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
Bag À Lux does not accept returns or exchanges on items listed as being in pristine or new condition.
Any item explicitly marked as “new” is considered a Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges for Pre-Owned Items
For pre-owned items (non-new condition), exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

The buyer may request an exchange for another item available in our inventory.

The original item must be returned to Bag À Lux in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

The item must show no signs of wear, damage, use, or alteration.

The return must be initiated and the item shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Return shipping costs are included in the original purchase price — the customer will not be charged additional fees for the return shipping.

We recommend that customers use the return label provided by Bag À Lux for secure and trackable shipment.

Bag À Lux is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged if the customer chooses to use an alternative shipping method.
