Final Sale Policy

 


All sales are final and non-refundable, subject to the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Bag À Lux does not accept returns or exchanges on items listed as being in pristine or new condition.

Any item explicitly marked as “new” is considered a Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

 


 

 

Returns and Exchanges for Pre-Owned Items

 


For pre-owned items (non-new condition), exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

 

  • The buyer may request an exchange for another item available in our inventory.

  • The original item must be returned to Bag À Lux in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, use, or alteration.

  • The return must be initiated and the item shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.

 


Important:

 

  • Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are included in the original purchase price — the customer will not be charged additional fees for the return shipping.

  • We recommend that customers use the return label provided by Bag À Lux for secure and trackable shipment.

  • Bag À Lux is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged if the customer chooses to use an alternative shipping method.
