Shipping is complementary in Spain.

We ship internationally with MRW / DHL depending on location. Shipping costs around 60€ for all international orders.
International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive from the order date, subject to any required customs clearance.
Buyer is responsible for their local duties and custom charges. Depends on where you live, import tax is mandatory or not.

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing.
Processing may take up to 1-2 business day.
Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

All sales are final, and we will not make refunds, subject to our returns policy.
Bag À Lux, does not take returns on pristine condition items. Any item for which the condition states new is a FINAL SALE.
Other condition items, you can make changes it for another item. The item(s) must be received back in the same condition it was sent and no longer than 14 days after the purchase was made.
All tags and labels must be intact, and the item should not show signs of wear.The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

At the checkout, you may be offered the choice to collect your item(s) in store. This option is free. The item(s) will be available to collect from the showroom in Marbella.
